Winter skincare tips and tricks

As we all get worried in this season our skin gets dry and rough here are some tips and tricks to make your skin soft and beautiful.


TIPS:

3) Double cleanse: by doing double cleansing, the skin gets much better than only doing cleansing,  it deeply clean our skin and make it soft and healthy.


How to do a double cleanse  :

1) take almond oil or facial oils 

2) apply it on ur face and massage it very gently for 2 to 3 mins.

3) then wash your face with lukewarm water and apply your regular face wash.



2) Moisturize: moisturizer is a must in winters, it hydrates your skin and makes it soft and supple choose a moisturizer according to your skin type and gently massage it on your face.



4) sunscreen: sunscreen is a must, don't forget to apply sunscreen we all think in winter we don't need sunscreen because there is no sun but it's not true there are sun rays which can damage our skin so apply sunscreen regularly.



and also apply your sunscreen even if you are at your home, sun rays can also come in your house by windows so don't forget your SPF.


TRICKS:

1)  If you have very dry skin add  2 to 3 drops of facial oil to your moisturizer and apply it on your face and have soft supple skin.



2) in winter our legs and hands get dry so before bathing massage warm coconut oil on your hands and legs, your hands and legs will not get dry after bathing and you will have much softer and nourish legs and hands. 



3) in winters we can't forget our feet it gets drier in winter so this trick will help your feet to remain soft, apply petroleum jelly on your feet at night and wear socks, leave it overnight and in the morning your feet will get soft and you will love it.
